Historic Tax Maps from 1870, 1880, 1890, 1900 and 1910 have been scanned and uploaded.  Townships of the 1914-1960s era taxmaps are also available here.

Township Section Maps are available in AutoCAD R14 format here.  These are NOT survey plats.  Parcel lines have been digitized from Mylars/paper maps in the Engineer's Office and adhere to no accuracy standard.  CAD maps are not up-to-date (many are 1990's vintage)!  For paper copies of tax maps, contact the County Engineer's Tax Map Office at 740-699-2161. As most tax mapping is still manually drafted, and digital mapping lacks metadata and complies with no consistent standard, there is no countywide parcel shapefile or geodatabase at this time.
